A basis for the next question.
Deterministic compute and data architecture for sovereign and regulated workloads. A concise agenda for examining the design, defining the evidence and deciding what to evaluate.
The architecture brief
Govern before dispatch.
Retain enough to examine.
CertainTIQ binds a task’s meaning, logical time, ancestry, policy and execution requirements. Governance is evaluated before dispatch. Eligible resources are selected by capability and fixed tie-break rules; the execution context and lineage are retained for comparison.
Deterministic HPC addresses coordinated accelerator execution. Deterministic DB addresses retained, replayable history. Reconstruction is examined inside an agreed environment and numerical tolerance.

Filing documentation is reviewed through the private diligence process. The incorporated scope is not a statement of patent grant, enforceability or product performance.
Diligence agenda
Ask for the boundary. Then ask for the evidence.
An agenda for review, not an assertion that every document or answer is already available.
01 Architecture & integration
What runs inside the process boundary? Which interfaces, devices, libraries and formats remain outside it? What is pinned? Review envelope binding, policy order, capability eligibility, fixed tie-breaks and failure handling. Confirm the integration path for the selected workload.
02 Evidence & acceptance
What artifacts establish a replay, a mismatch and the first divergence? Agree baseline, capture overhead, storage and completion criteria. Require seeded-fault detection, written failure reports and independent reproduction. A hash supports comparison; it does not establish input truth or custody.
03 Deployment & commercial scope
Who owns the workload, hardware and access? Where is data retained? What integration effort is acceptable before stopping? Set readiness and acceptance in writing. Examine licensing, support and deployment terms for any deeper engagement rather than assuming them.
04 IP documentation under NDA
Review filing documentation and status, ownership and assignment records, and the licensing questions relevant to the engagement. Legal conclusions require the appropriate documentation and counsel’s review; the aggregate scope above is not a claim-to-product map.
Browser instruments
A mechanism you can examine.
The site’s four instruments demonstrate bounded mechanisms, not runtime measurements.
- Policy gate
- Fail a rule and see dispatch blocked.
- Routing
- Shuffle unchanged capabilities; compare the fixed assignment.
- Lineage
- Alter one of six events; compare chained anchors from that point.
- Capacity
- Calculate a ratio from your inputs—not measured utilization.
Page anchors are browser content checksums, not signatures or authenticated custody.

Start with your question.
Each guide defines a workflow, retained evidence, a bounded evaluation and the limits of that test. Visual and legal guides are proposed workflow frames.
Sources & photography
Context, with provenance.
Architecture and evaluation descriptions draw on CertainTIQ’s five-envelope and substrate materials, gaming and acoustic papers, and proposed gaming evaluation. Detailed technical and filing documentation belongs in private diligence.
